1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

LaunchRightPro agrees to prepare and file Articles of Incorporation and obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) based on information provided by the Client.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client certifies that they are authorized to form this entity. Client understands that LaunchRightPro is an organizational service, not a law firm, and this service does not constitute legal advice.

3. NO REFUNDS ON FILING FEES

Once state filing fees have been paid by LaunchRightPro, that portion of the payment is non-refundable.
