We collect information to help you launch your nonprofit. This includes:

  • Contact Info: Name and email address (so we can send you the guides/courses).
  • Project Details: Your mission statement, projected budget, and board member names (collected via our Assessment or Intake forms).
  • Payment Info: We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Info

We use your data for three specific purposes:

  • To Educate: Delivering the email course and guides you requested.
  • To Assess: Determining if you qualify for the 1023-EZ application.
  • To File: If you hire us, we use your data to populate official government forms (Articles of Incorporation, SS-4, Form 1023).

3. Who Sees Your Data?

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We only share data with the necessary partners to run this service:

  • Kit (ConvertKit): Our email service provider.
  • Stripe: Our payment processor.
  • Government Agencies: The Secretary of State and IRS (only when we file on your behalf).
  • Service Partners: Only if we use a third-party service to fulfill your order.

4. Communication

By providing your email, you agree to receive our educational emails and updates about your filing status. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. (Note: You cannot unsubscribe from "transactional" emails regarding your active orders/filings).
